The first infused salt we ever created. Fresh Costa Rican blackberries are puree and mixed with our pure sea salt. This mix rests for 24 hours and then is dried in the oven at a very low temperature. 
This  purple salt not only looks beautiful but tastes amazing with any kind of salad, fruit or cocktail.
